How secure is this store?

What days and times can I place a phone order?
Please call the shop on 01258 488 766. Our opening hours are from 9.30 am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday).
How are my orders delivered?
Our free delivery service includes preparing, packaging and despatching your order to the UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Scilly. We aim to process your order on the same day your order is placed up until 12 midday, thereafter your order will be processed the next day. We use either Royal Mail or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order. For all orders over £30 an overnight service will be used to guarantee next day delivery and for orders under £30, delivery will be within 3-5 days. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will not ship until all items are available. If this occurs we will contact you with an expected delivery date. We are happy to ship our products to European addresses and we will normally only ship orders under 2kg to locations outside the EU. For international deliveries, please email or telephone us and we will give you a quote. Deliveries outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. The customer will be responsible for all charges of this nature. Wren may supply a customs label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel’s contents.
What if I want express/ next day delivery?
If you would like next day delivery and your order is over £30 you don't need to worry as you will automatically qualify for our next day delivery service. If you are spending under £30, please call us and we can arrange for a small extra fee, for you to receive next day delivery. 01258 488766
How do I use your free gift wrapping service?
Once you have selected your gifts, go to checkout and you will be re-directed to PAYPAL. Please request FREE GFIT WRAP SERVICE and give details of any special message you want included with your gift in the 'instuctions to merchant' box in PAYPAL. Remember to include the delivey address of where you would like the gift to be sent in the Shipping Address. And that's it. Your order will be shipped as a gift, specially wrapped, with your message for delivery the very next day. What could be better?
How do I return an item?
We hope you will always be happy with your shopping experience and purchases. For this reason we have made our returns policy simple. Our guarantee means if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund or exchange any item as long as they are returned to us, within ten working days of receiving your order. Please return using an insured service as we cannot be held responsible for breakages during transit. The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original or suitable alternative packaging. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.
What if my order arrives and is damaged?
In the event of an item arriving damaged, please call the shop on 01258 488 766 within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our opening hours are from 9.30 am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday).

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Can I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?
If something is temporarily out of stock, please contact us and we can check to see if it is due back in stock or if it can be ordered.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change delivery address providing the order has not already been packed. If you need to do so please contact our customer service team on 01258 488 766
Can I add an extra item to my order?
If you wish to add an item to your order, you can add it provided it has not already been packed. Please phone us to check and so that we can take payment for the additional items as we do not store your card details or have access to the card details for security reasons.
Do your prices include VAT and what happens if VAT charges do not apply?
All prices are quoted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling) and we take payment in GBP. The price includes VAT (Value Added Tax). If you live in the Channel Islands and do not pay VAT please contact us and we will adjust your invoice to show this.
